Each has an unmistakable bouquet: while in the 15-month Parmigiano Reggiano, you can still taste the milk, in the 24-month version, you perceive hints of hay, while in the more aged ones, you notice hints of leather.
In the mouth, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO Millesimato stands out for its sweetness and balance: it is a velvety cheese, never sharp or aggressive, that does not dry out the mouth.
For the normal trade channel, including gastronomies, grocery stores, and the entire HORECA sector, Bertinelli has recently launched the Parmigiano Reggiano PDO Millesimato Grand Cru, available in aging stages of 12, 24, 30, and 36 months.
What makes the difference is the product packaging: in this case, the effectiveness – Parmigiano Reggiano is perfectly preserved from humidity, light, and gases – is combined with the elegance of the lines and impactful color choices.
Inside each package, following a service logic, Bertinelli provides for the normal trade channel a customized window sticker, customized oiled paper for Parmigiano Reggiano Millesimato Grand Cru, an official Parmigiano Reggiano knife with a knob handle and a short almond-shaped blade, and a branded apron, to be worn in the sales point while serving the end customers.
