An interactive school
The Parmigiano School is dedicated to children aged 5 to 12. In the spacious areas of the Bertinelli Hosteria, there is a real classroom, set up in vintage style. Wooden benches and a graphite blackboard replace smartphones and interactive whiteboards to tell the story and nutritional properties of the world’s most beloved cheese, made with the milk that the Bertinelli agricultural company has been producing since 1895. Parmigiano School students can learn, through educational panels, the sensory differences.

Practical part: Tasting
At the end of the lesson, they face the “class assignment” with a board game, which tests them with a “blind” tasting of three portions of Parmigiano Reggiano, of which they must recognize the aging. Participants receive a “Junior Taster Master” certificate at the end.
