Bertinelli’s Special Editions are crafted only on extraordinary occasions, when the milk presents specific characteristics to obtain cheeses that leave a mark in history. For this reason, it is a unique and limited production.
Parmigiano Reggiano is a special cheese, capable of evolving its flavors significantly over time, from the most delicate to the most intense, but above all transitioning from memories of yogurt to ripe fruit, and as in the ages above 40 months, to spices, meat broth, and then leather.
We offer Special Editions only in ages exceeding 41 months and in limited productions.
